As of 11am this morning, Tropical Depression #3 has formed northeast of Cuba. Sustained winds were at 35mph, and moving WNW at 14mph. As of the 2pm advisory, Tropical Depression #3 is still a TD with winds of 35mph, and moving WNW at 15mph. TD #3 is expected to become Tropical Storm Bonnie either later this afternoon, or sometime overnight into tomorrow. Tropical Storm Watches/Warnings are in effect. The watch area is from Jupiter Inlet to Golden Beach (includes Lake Okeechobee) in south Florida. The warning areas are for northwest and central Bahamas, Golden Beach to the FL Keys, and Miami to Bonita Beach. Several days from now, Bonnie will affect the LA/TX area. Lets keep our eyes on this one. It will affect much of south FL, and parts of southern central FL.
